The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Power+ Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role exposes high potential graduates to different roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions in Hitachi Energy. The STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program is our flagship early career rotational program. It is available in 7 countries and continues to grow, including Brazil, China, India, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, and Saudi Arabia, making you part of an expanding global network. The program offers a unique learning and career development experience, jumpingstart your career with three six-month rotations (total of 18 months). Each rotation focuses on projects that broaden your skillset within different segments of our business, with you choosing each assignment area. As a full-time employee from day one, you will steer your career journey. This program is ideal if you aim to fast-track your leadership potential and gain comprehensive business acumen. The program begins on October 1, 2024, with the first rotation possible in Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah. Subsequent rotations may be abroad, depending on project availability and your preferences.

Your background
