Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with relevant local influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Develop influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage seeding and paid influencer partnerships, contract negotiation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide insights for future strategies.
PR Management
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the brand's image and reputation in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and VIP to secure media coverage and positive press mentions.
- Organize and execute press releases, media events, and product launches to generate buzz and publicity.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Event Planning
- Plan, organize, and execute brand-related events in Saudi Arabia, such as fashion shows, pop-up shops, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure the smooth running of events.
- Develop event budgets, timelines, and marketing materials to promote events and attract attendees.
- Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for improvement.
Partnership Management
- Identify potential brand partners, such as local retailers, designers, or other complementary brands, and develop partnership proposals.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, co - branded products, or other initiatives to expand our brand reach and customer base.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for fashion and marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
