The Position



As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be implementing the organization's human resource strategy to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees. Moreover, you will be ensuring that the organizational structure, roles, and competencies are aligned with business needs and objectives.


Your main accountabilities will be:




  • Drive Organisational Development and High-Performing Culture and lead initiatives to promote a high-performing culture and open communication, and fostering an environment where feedback is actively encouraged.

  • Manage HR Processes and ensure operational efficiency by overseeing HR processes and programs to maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

  • Partner with area managers and Centers of Excellence to align HR strategies and provide insights.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, including talent management and employee relations.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but it includes supervisory responsibilities over certain tasks carried out by other colleagues within the HR department.


Qualifications



As a Senior HR Business Partner, you need to have a strong business understanding and strategic thinking. In addition, you need to have deep knowledge of training, coaching, facilitation skills, and change management skills.


To be successful in this role:




  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication, or an equivalent field

  • A minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, or other multinational companies

  • Proficiency in English is required

  • High degree of innovation to drive inspiring projects and to be the catalyst for sparking organizational development
