Job description

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for delivering and partnering with the assigned function to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
  • Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices in the areas of performance & talent management, training, Organizational Development, leadership development, and recruitment
  • Responsible for the communication and application of new HR projects/initiatives to employees and managers.
  • Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments/functions in the region.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, of which at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must.
  • General knowledge and experience in human resources with emphasis on talent acquisition, training employee development, performance and talent management, employee relations, and corporate culture.
  • Possesses strong business acumen and tactical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
