• Prepare and submit accurate documentation, including import/export declarations, to facilitate swift customs clearance.

• Assist clients in understanding tariffs, duties, and taxes applicable to their shipments, ensuring transparency in costs.

• Communicate effectively with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any clearance issues.

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients about their cargo's customs clearance progress.

• Advise clients on the best customs practices and procedures to minimize delays and reduce costs.

• Review and verify the accuracy of shipping documents to prevent discrepancies that could lead to fines or delays.

• Conduct post-clearance audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement in the process.

• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws to provide clients with the most current advice.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customs officials to facilitate smoother operations and quicker resolutions.
