A leading company in Jeddah is seeking a Purchasing Reception and IT Specialist to provide exceptional IT support, manage infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and lead IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or Computer Science and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Purchasing Reception and IT Specialist
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Experience : Minimum 2 Years (Required)
Languages: High level of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Deliver fast and efficient IT support to internal and external users.
Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks.
IT Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, networks, and business applications.
Monitor performance and apply necessary upgrades.
Information Security
Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection.
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Network Administration
Manage LAN, WAN, and VPN networks for secure and stable connectivity.
Monitor and optimize network performance.
Database Management
Administer and optimize databases, backups, and data recovery.
Generate reports and run queries for data-driven decisions.
Development & Tech Solutions
Support development and integration of custom software to enhance workflows.
Recommend tools that boost operational efficiency.
User Training & Documentation
Train staff on IT tools and systems.
Create user manuals and guides for seamless technology adoption.
IT Project Management
Lead and coordinate IT projects in collaboration with internal departments.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
System Monitoring & Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
Monitor systems to proactively address potential issues.
Equipment Inventory
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and conduct regular audits.
Ensure availability and proper functioning of IT resources.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Explore emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
Drive initiatives that reduce costs and improve productivity.
Skills
Relevant academic background in IT or Computer Science.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI (Required)
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
