Job description

Job Description :

The Sales Manager S&S will be part of the Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) sales team and will cover Military, Public, and Para public segments.

The scope will include customer opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The job holder will also participate in defining the regional S&S strategy in coordination with the Regional S&S management.

Main activities :

  1. Define the capture plan to achieve the Airbus Helicopters Operating Plan S&S targets for bookings and revenues.
  2. Monitor overdue accounts and cash flow.
  3. Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions aligned with Airbus Helicopters standards, leveraging feedback from the Customer Support Managers (CSM) network.
  4. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., marketing, finance, S&S, offer teams) to shape S&S campaigns.
  5. Maintain close relationships with the AH Industrial Participation team and develop expertise regarding local content requirements.
  6. Ensure regular and quality updates in CRM (Sales Force Tool) and Risk Management (ARM Tool).
  7. Promote and adhere to Airbus Integrity Standards concerning Compliance, Export Control, and the Airbus Code of Conduct.
  8. Update opportunities continually based on market conditions, team feedback, and marketing inputs.
  9. Share lessons learned from business development and marketing campaigns, whether won or lost.
  10. Develop a thorough understanding of the region and customer base, including culture, dynamics, and organizational structure, and share this knowledge internally.

Required Skills :

  • Commercial experience, particularly in selling aftermarket services and airline operations (maintenance, flight operations, MRO); a financial background is an advantage; fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and advocate for the company's interests.
