Position: Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA)

We are seeking experienced ICA professionals to manage commissioning activities across various building projects through design, construction, and warranty phases. The ICA will serve as the lead commissioning authority, performing tasks as outlined in CIBSE and ASHRAE guidelines.

Work Flexibility

Your Role

1. Review contractor plans, procedures, and logic sequences to ensure compliance and quality.
2. Proactively anticipate issues based on testing & commissioning experience.
3. Witness key testing hold points and maintain progress dashboards for various green building systems like LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, GSAS.
4. Coordinate with multiple design and build packages, including civil and MEP facilities, ensuring integrated project interfaces.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 14+ years of experience as ICA/CxA on LEED or other green building projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certification from ASHRAE BCxP, AABC ACG, or AEE.
• LEED Accredited Professional.
• Preferred: E. license or Chartership.
• Experience across all project stages, including retrofit projects.
• Extensive testing and troubleshooting experience with HVAC, energy management, building controls, and other systems.
