We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Arabic) Accountant and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing parents' contracts, managing accounting tasks, and generating monthly reports. The role also includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • Prepare and manage parents' contracts in both English and Arabic
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports
  • Handle accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and petty cash
  • Coordinate with departments to collect data and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and client-related information
  • Oversee and process all center purchases and maintain proper records


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
