Job description

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will support the execution of accurate demand forecasts and supply plans to ensure optimal inventory levels across Kitopi warehouses. You will be responsible for data gathering, stock movement tracking, planning coordination, and system maintenance to help drive informed decision-making across the supply chain. This role is key to maintaining stock availability, minimizing waste, and supporting kitchen efficiency.

What You'll do:

  • Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of kitchen orders while maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Implement warehouse best practices for layout, safety, FIFO/FEFO, and material handling.
  • Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and compliance targets.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams for smooth inbound/outbound flow.
  • Manage third-party logistics providers or warehouse automation where applicable.
  • Track and report on warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools.
  • Plan and manage warehouse capacity to support business growth and seasonal surges.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and documentation for regulatory and internal controls.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
  • Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, lean warehousing, and space optimization.
  • Forklift or MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience/certifications are a plus.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
