- GIS Technical Advisor

The opportunity

Build and grow the Operations Administrator role, which plays a critical part in ensuring efficient operational activities. Responsible for overseeing administrative workflows, improving internal processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Acts as a key support to leadership by ensuring compliance, tracking operational KPIs, and driving process optimization.

How you’ll make an impact

  1. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational administrative activities and support Operations Management in strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  2. Analyze operational workflows, propose continuous improvement initiatives, monitor operational KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  3. Liaise across departments to streamline communication and operations.
  4. Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff.
  5. Manage procurement documentation, supplier communications, and vendor follow-up.
  6. Organize meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and manage action points.
  7. Assist in audits, compliance checks, and enforcement of corporate policies.
  8. Support onboarding processes, training logistics, and HR administrative tasks.
  9. Assist in risk management initiatives and business continuity planning.
  10. Take ownership of special projects assigned by management.
  11. Coordinate between team leaders and project managers for logging and following NCRs and updating the competency matrix.
  12. Support employees with administrative requests such as travel and hotel arrangements.
  13. Support training activities and related administrative tasks.

Your background

Preferably, a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering. 5-8+ years of experience in a technical sales role with knowledge of Grid Automation (Automation and communication) portfolios. Previous field experience in Grid Automation systems is an advantage. We seek an experienced, self-motivated, reliable team player with an independent, results-oriented working style, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. You should be energetic, supportive, self-confident, and capable of handling challenges and problems. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
