Managing media relations, including writing press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, and building relationships with journalists and influencers
Monitoring and analyzing PR results, report on outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed
Planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and private events, from initial concept to post-event analysis
Coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure events meet quality expectations and are delivered on time and within budget
Developing and managing event budgets, negotiate with service providers, and ensure maximum ROI
Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure coherent brand messaging and optimizing lead generation efforts
Handling crisis management and mitigation in coordination with the corporate communications team
The Successful Applicant
The PR & Events Manager needs to have:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in PR and/or event management, preferably in the tech or B2B sector
Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
Strong relationships with media outlets and influencers, especially in the tech industry
Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing large-scale events
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
