Purpose of the post

The purpose of Fresh Food Manager in Hyper Nesto - KSA is to take accountability for the fresh food counter, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and operational standards to maximise sales and profitability whilst maintaining costs.

Qualification/Skills Required

Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam

Must have deep knowledge in retail industry.Focus on hot food preparation and management

Good managing skill

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management

Experience: 4 years and above practical experience and a passion for food

Duties & Responsibilities

Suggesting specific items for meal preparation

Following all health and safety codes

Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience

Check food plating and temperature

Check cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures

Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels for refrigerated and frozen fresh food items.

Implement protocols to prevent spoilage and foodborne illnesses.

Assist in budget planning for the fresh food department

Conduct regular quality checks on fresh food products to ensure adherence to standards.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.
