Must-Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
2. 10+ years of experience in Manpower Analysis & Planning within the construction industry.
3. Strong expertise in workforce assessment, resource allocation, and project-based manpower forecasting.
4. In-Depth knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) using manpower analysis tools.
