What you'll be doing



Our Sales Supervisor is responsible for establishing customer relationships through personalized services, achieving sales targets and managing stock. The role includes building, training, and supervising a team of front-liners, as well as supporting in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers to foster strong partnerships.
  2. Communicate with retailers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
  3. Address retailer queries about products, prices, availability, and services.
  4. Distribute monthly sales targets by POS.
  5. Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and SOP adherence.
  6. Supervise the sales process, including follow-up on orders and deliveries.
  7. Ensure timely payment and collection of receivables.
  8. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
  9. Support in-store marketing activations.
  10. Ensure stock replenishment at appropriate times and locations.

What you’ll need to succeed



Minimum of 2 years experience as an Area Sales Supervisor, preferably in the Beauty Division. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
