A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled T&I Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and integrity of mechanical systems within the T&I (Transportation and Installation) operations.

Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Maintenance & Operations :
2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of rotating and static mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
3. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and pipelines.
4. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to equipment.
6. Ensure mechanical integrity of equipment per company policies and regulations.

Turnaround Management

1. Lead mechanical aspects of plant turnarounds and shutdowns, ensuring safety, efficiency, and budget adherence.
2. Coordinate inspection, repair, and replacement of equipment during turnarounds.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
4. Prepare scope of work, material requisitions, and resources.
5. Complete turnaround work on schedule with minimal production impact.

Inspection and Condition Monitoring

1. Perform inspections using techniques like vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, and thermography.
2. Implement condition monitoring and recommend improvements or replacements.
3. Review inspection reports for compliance with standards such as ASME, API, ISO.
4. Manage asset lifecycle and develop strategies for reliability.
5. Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically in oil & gas industry.
3. Experience with turnarounds, shutdowns, and inspections.
4. Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pipelines.
5. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
8. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
