About The Role

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Qatar Airways Ground Services as an Airport Services Duty Supervisor based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the Duty Officer, you will supervise your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers receive the award-winning 5-star service Qatar Airways is renowned for. You will also support the Airport Services Manager when needed and demonstrate excellent skills in managing flight delays, disruptions, denied boarding, and other challenges.

Key Accountabilities

1. Act as station coordinator in liaison with ground handling agents and Qatar Airways.
2. Supervise the airport team to achieve on-time flight closure and passenger boarding, contributing to overall on-time performance.
3. Plan efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods for Customer Service Agents.
4. Support the Airport Services Duty Officer during flight disruptions, misconnections, and other passenger-related issues.
5. Perform aircraft turnaround checks (ATC) as assigned by the Airport Services Manager to ensure safe operations.
6. Generate reports, maintain a tidy workplace, and support the Airport Services Manager.
7. Serve as the primary contact for agents needing assistance with questions, problems, or discrepancies.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and environmental policies and procedures, promoting a high standard of service and environmental responsibility.
