Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Single point of HR contact for KSA business.
  • Responsible for designing and execution of HR interventions for the business.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with leadership team and functional managers to understand HR issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end Talent processes including but not limited to Performance, Succession & Learning.
  • Conduct benchmark studies to update and propose policy initiatives.
  • Strategize and align Compensation and Benefits strategies with Rewards team with the market dynamics.
  • Play an integral role in driving employee engagement and facilitate leadership teams on this.
  • Strategize and align Employer Branding and Corporate Awareness initiatives with TA team and execute.
  • Offer coaching to enhance people management skills, leading to the development of high-performing teams.
  • Implement MENARP talent strategies for the market and support the local leadership team and talents as per their needs.
The experience we're looking for
  • Proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a focus on strategy and talent development.
  • In-depth knowledge of key HR practices: organization & job design, performance management, recruitment, talent management, reward, learning & development, employment practices and labor law
  • Experience in managing HR projects, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve HR and customer objectives
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Solid understanding of local labour legislation.
  • Competence in facilitating change management and the ability to guide business leaders through transition.
  • Strategic acumen paired with digital literacy and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
  • A genuine coaching style that encourages growth and professional development.
  • Saudi National is highly preferred.
