Quality Technician - 00962U

1. Ensure component conformity according to engineering drawings by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area.
2. Define upgrade standard inspection protocol according to standard requirements (ISO 8015 IPC A 610, CQCP, drawings) and choose the right measurement equipment.
3. Qualify Equipment system (Gage R&R).
4. Optimize inspection methodologies using Best Available Techniques tools.
5. Support production quality engineers to check part conformity according to specifications in case of quality issues (component metrology).
6. Manage the calibration program of measurement equipment for the plant.
7. Secure the nonconformity management process execution in collaboration with QET4/5.
8. Manage the entire program of product surveillance testing in accordance with the LOB instructions for manufacturing entity.
9. Support the part qualification process according to MCSV rules / FAIR execution.
10. May manage functionally a team of QCS1/2 in production or incoming inspection including developing their competency.

Qualifications

1. Understands electrical products, especially Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB).
2. Knowledgeable in electrical testing.
3. Preferably a Saudi citizen.
4. Knowledgeable on report creation using basic Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
