Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis – Saudi Arabia/Jeddah

We seek a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the KSA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the financial performance and strategic goals of our organization in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Your Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented:
Financial Planning:
  • Support reporting and controlling of the budgeting and forecasting process for the KSA business.
  • Maintain and update budget and forecast figures for revenue, P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow using official reporting tools.
  • Conduct regular variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from financial forecasts.
  • Prepare depreciation forecasts based on installed assets and CAPEX planning.
Financial Reporting:
  • Execute monthly financial reporting activities, including forecast loads and flash reports.
  • Perform detailed analysis of SG&A, oCoGS, and other key financial indicators.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide insights and variance explanations for all financial KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-demand ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist leadership with preparing presentations and special financial projects.
  • Act as an internal control assessor, ensuring compliance with risk and internal control frameworks.
Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment controlling role.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, technical business managers, and project controlling teams during contract negotiations and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience in driving digitization and automation of financial processes.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on managing financial performance and customer satisfaction.
