PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Scope :

You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Also, improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements.

Responsibilities :

  1. Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  3. Prepare annual and monthly budgets and reports, and achieve targeted budgets.
  4. Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for creating value.
  5. Work closely with sales and operations management to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs, capitalizing on value creation opportunities.
  6. Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships for better market penetration.
  7. Conduct regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and discuss challenges and future plans.
  8. Provide marketing support and product knowledge within the company.
  9. Coordinate actions before shipping to ensure collections are made promptly.
  10. Achieve and exceed performance goals.

Job Type : Exempt (Salaried)

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of work and education.
  • Charismatic and confident personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
