Job description

To develop and improve chemical products derived from oil and lubricants through applied research and laboratory experiments, aiming to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct chemical experiments to develop new formulations for oils and chemical products used in industrial applications.
  • Analyze product properties such as viscosity, thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and other physical and chemical parameters.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful technology transfer from lab to manufacturing.
  • Improve the performance of existing products based on customer feedback or market analysis.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, TGA, DSC.
  • Prepare accurate technical reports including data analysis, results, and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in chemical oils to develop competitive products.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards in laboratory operations.
  • Test compatibility with other materials and evaluate product performance under various operational conditions.
