Specialist, Pricing & Master Data

Job Purpose/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist, Pricing & Master Data to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage master data and pricing activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer master data and pricing in our SAP system. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining data quality, adhering to company policies and procedures, and providing support to end-users and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and Safety, Health, and Environment Management System procedures, contributing to achieving target rates and complying with quality procedures and NAMA IMS Certified standards.
• Handle the creation and update of customer-approved master data in the system, ensuring data integrity and supporting end-users and decision-makers.
• Create and modify approved customer master data in the SAP SD module.
• Maintain approved prices in the SAP pricing condition records, both periodically and during sales order processing.
• Seek approval from relevant authorities for system-rejected prices.
• Ensure that the sold-to-party account is not duplicated in the SAP system and clear any system records of duplications, considering existing sales and approved exceptions.
• Retrieve customer master and pricing data from the SAP system to generate necessary management reports.
• Update new customer material in the SAP material listing record to ensure accurate material shipping.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to effectively and efficiently administer master data and pricing activities.
• Reconcile and resolve issues related to customer master and pricing data.
• Provide training to users in Pricing and Master Data Management as needed.
• Observe and implement appropriate processes, procedures, and KPIs to support business and system improvements.
• Participate in assigned Sales & Marketing Team Projects and perform other duties as required.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Business or Information Technology.

Experience:
2 to 10 years of relevant business experience in Sales Order Management, Master Data, and Pricing. Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems in Sales & Distribution is preferred.
