# Senior Technical Engineering Services Specialist
Position Title: Senior Technical Engineering Services Specialist
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Networking field.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or technical support..Note: Experience requirement may be waived for candidates holding
two CCIE certifications or a
CCIE Wireless certification.
MonthlySalary Pakege:
The range will be between 10,000 up to 12,900 SAR max.
Qualifications:
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is mandatory. Proven expertise in advanced WAN optimization and F5 network solutions. Strong background in complex network architecture and support, including: + Cisco routers and switches
+ F5 Load Balancers
+ Riverbed optimization solutions
+ Wireless Controllers
In-depth knowledge of: + Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM)
+ International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC)
+ Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)
+ LAN encryption technologies
+ Cisco Nexus platforms
Excellent analytical skills to identify capacity and performance issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently under pressure and manage task priorities effectively. Commitment to documentation standards and configuration best practices. Availability for
24/7/365 on-call support rotation.
Must be Fluent in
English; Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network systems. Provide expert-level support for WAN/LAN infrastructure, including optimization and load balancing. Manage and resolve network performance and capacity issues. Lead network architecture improvements and maintain high availability. Maintain accurate network documentation and enforce configuration standards. Respond promptly to emergency network issues in line with business continuity plans. Participate in 24/7/365 on-call support, ensuring network reliability and uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver network services and enhancements.
