• Protect On-Time Performance by implementing enhanced strategies.
• Review and calibrate the published crew pairings and crew rosters to improve crew productivity targets vs. published crew rosters.
• Exercise independency in deciding and completing routine tasks.
• Lead the preparation and execution during Audit activities.
• Review and monitor the crew standby capacity.
• Partner with other entities to improve the cross departmental work relationships.
• Lead compliance to regulations, policies and procedures.
• Undertake review and amendments to Manuals, e.g. OPM, OM-A relevant chapters.
• Perform audit of the crew management system rules settings & application and report contents.
• Report on delays & issues, and document corrective measures accountable to the department.
• Promote Safety culture.
