Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the sales and market expansion of Zymeflow chemical cleaning and decontamination solutions across Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our services with major players in the oil & gas, refining, and petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Zymeflow-based chemical solutions in KSA.
  • Identify, target, and engage refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing units, and industrial cleaning contractors.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pre-bid meetings, proposal development, and job execution planning.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, shutdown schedules, and competitor offerings.
  • Lead tender submissions and negotiate commercial contracts in alignment with company goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and activity dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the oil & gas or specialty chemicals industry.
  • Prior experience selling process chemicals, decontamination solutions, or turnaround services is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical operations, including shutdown procedures.
  • Proven track record of securing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in KSA or willing to relocate; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel across the Kingdom.

Preferred Experience

  • Background with companies like Nalco, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Veolia, Altrad, or Zymeflow Technologies.
  • Experience selling into clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, Sadara, Yasref, or SATORP.
