Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.).
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers when needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare job offers and assist with contract preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist (in-house or agency).

Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once.
