? Oversee all transportation operations within Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, ensuring a seamless and efficient movement of guests and staff.

? Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to enhance service quality and safety.

? Coordinate and manage transportation schedules, routes, and logistics to optimize resource utilization.

? Lead a team of transportation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance levels.

? Collaborate with other departments to identify and address transportation needs and challenges within the park.

? Monitor and evaluate transportation performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

? Manage relationships with transportation vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service agreements.

? Conduct regular inspections and audits of transportation operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

? Develop and manage the transportation budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.

? Participate in the planning and execution of special events and initiatives requiring transportation logistics.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance transportation operations and service offerings.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in a theme park or large entertainment venue
• Demonstrated experience in managing transportation logistics and operations

Skills:

• Strong understanding of transportation systems, logistics, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
