Job description

Job Title : Payroll Specialist


Report to : HR Operations Supervisor


Department : HR & Admin


Priority : Only Saudi National


Key Responsibilities:



  • Process monthly payroll for all employees using Oracle NetSuite in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.

  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, working hours, and leave balances accurately.

  • Calculate salaries and entitlements including overtime, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and final settlements.

  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, addressing discrepancies prior to approval.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to update employee data such as new hires, promotions, terminations, and leave adjustments.

  • Prepare periodic payroll reports and financial disclosures required for internal and external audits.

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and payslips in a professional and confidential manner.

  • Ensure compliance with GOSI, and end-of-service benefit requirements.

  • Provide necessary payroll documentation to support internal or external audits.

  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, and social security requirements and implement them accordingly.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of practical experience in payroll processing.

  • Proven experience managing payroll using Oracle NetSuite (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

  • Solid understanding of GOSI, and end-of-service benefits.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of manual payroll calculation and adjustments when necessary.

  • High degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
