A Snapshot of Your Day

As Head of Finance Regional Service Middle East, you will be an integral part of the Middle East and Asia Pacific Leadership Team, playing a vital role in driving Service growth in the region. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of financial experts distributed across the region, ensuring seamless financial management and execution for the company's portfolio. This role demands strong leadership in driving high performance, financial expertise, and strategic stakeholder management capabilities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  1. Be responsible for setting up the Regional Finance Team for Compression.
  2. Lead, manage, and develop a team of financial experts across the region, overseeing their daily activities and development in a diverse, distributed landscape.
  3. Manage all financial aspects of projects, including acquisition, cost control, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
  6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Head of Finance and other senior leaders.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  8. Ensure operational transparency and act as a partner to the technical organization.
  9. Serve as the first point of contact for customer, country, and organizational dispute resolution.
  10. Travel as needed, approximately 25% within the region of employment.

What You Bring

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Over 10 years of relevant experience in sales, project-related functions, or service business with increasing responsibility.
  3. Higher levels of experience may qualify for more senior roles.
  4. International experience with intercultural sensitivity and a proven track record of effective teamwork; experience outside of the home country is a plus.
  5. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to transform and develop teams, improve processes and tools, and simplify complex issues.
  7. Results-oriented, analytical, organized, with strong leadership and change management skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
