Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to lead and support the end-to-end integration of customer solutions within the Middle East Region. This role will focus primarily on establishing and optimizing connectivity through EDI/API integrations, ensuring both technical readiness and seamless operational alignment. This role bridges the gap between commercial, operational, and IT teams, serving as the primary business representative during customer onboarding and system integration projects. Key responsibilities include managing customer onboarding processes, utilizing customer visibility platforms, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing change management activities. This position requires regional travel and close collaboration across the global network, cross-functional divisions, and with Commercial Management to successfully execute both new customer implementations and reimplementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Integration Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for local business and sales teams regarding customer integration and adjustment requests.
• Support the tender/RFQ process from a business integration perspective.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Collect and validate essential documentation from customers, including:
• Message Implementation Guides (MIGs)
• Sample EDI/XML files (e.g., shipment orders, confirmations, status updates)
• XSD schemas (for XML formats)
• Operational process outlines, including Transport Management System (TMS) triggers and workflows
Project Kickoff & Alignment:
• Initiate integration projects by submitting Business Request Forms (BRFs).
• Collaborate with internal IT and integration teams to support creation and finalization of the Customer Scope Document (CSD).
• Drive customer review and sign-off of the CSD to ensure alignment before development begins.
Test Planning & Execution:
• Define test scenarios and create reference shipments for inbound and outbound message flows.
• Support the creation and review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and EDI specifications.
• Approve BRD prior to development phase initiation to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Project Coordination:
• Participate in integration planning with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, EDI Developers, and the Customer Integrations Office (CINTO).
• Secure all necessary business approvals and ensure local stakeholders are aligned and committed to project timelines, and delivering as required. Testing & Go-Live Support:
• Support operational and customer process testing during integration testing phases.
• Ensure User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios are prepared in advance and lead UAT execution.
• Document and obtain customer sign-off on UAT, including maintaining a signed UAT log.
Training & Process Enablement:
• Ensure business processes, procedures, and work instructions are in place and understood.
• Facilitate training sessions as needed to ensure proper system use post-implementation.
Hypercare & Post-Go-Live Support:
• Organize and lead hypercare meetings with customers.
• Ensure all issues are logged and monitored as part of an Action Tracker
• Log and manage technical issues, raise incident tickets as necessary.
• Serve as the primary business contact during the hypercare phase, providing troubleshooting and guidance.

o Knowledge of EDI/API integration and connectivity platforms.
o Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools.
• Customer Service:
o Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
o Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
System Landscape (core applications support):
• Cargowise One or other related Industry TMS,
• Knowledge & Understanding of EDI and API technologies and disciplines
• Purchase Order Management Systems/ Customer Visibility platforms,
• Power BI / Data visualization Tools
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business implementation, project coordination, or systems integration.
• In-depth knowledge of EDI/API technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Professional certifications in LEAN, Sigma, Project Management advantageous.
• Experience with freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL services, or logistics software integration.
