Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Understand clients' business objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals
  • Lead a team of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative, marketing, and event management) to execute strategies and campaigns effectively
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated resources
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on performance and KPIs
  • Generate sales for client accounts
  • Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
  • Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow
  • Meet deadlines and project budgets
  • Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction
  • Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback
  • Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in the marketing and advertising industry
  • In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with event management and execution processes
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software
