Responsibilities :
  1. Coordinate and manage all rotation schedules to ensure full crew availability and manage shortages.
  2. Liaise with Camp Boss to ensure the quality delivery of catering services and staff.
  3. Liaise with the rig manager to ensure smooth communication and all related issues regarding logistics and staff needs are resolved.
  4. Coordinate with rig managers and labor providers in close out labor-related issues and concerns as they arise.
  5. Maintain and develop work schedules and assignments.
  6. Address performance concerns raised by rig managers and coordinate disciplinary actions with manpower providers / HR department.
  7. Investigate accidents and incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
  8. Prepare reports on crew productivity and crew timesheets.
Authorities :
  • Authority to manage crew shortages in coordination with rig manager and manpower contractors / HR department.
  • Authority to liaise with manpower contractors.
  • Authority to request transportation and lodging services for the crew.
Skills :
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex processes and procedures clearly to team members, provide feedback, and offer constructive criticism.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them.
  • Sound reasoning skills, common sense, and ability to follow directions.
  • Basic mathematical skills (equivalent to high school education) and proficiency in rig math.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
