Basic Functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape specific to the health care industry.
- Ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Strong experience in managing and coordinating industry events and promotional activities.
- Supervise, create, manage and update content for various marketing channels, including digital (social media, email, website), print, and events tailored to the health care market.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors in the health care sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Ensures compliance with company standards with company logo and consistency of marketing products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferred), Business Administration.
Experience & Other Qualifications
- Has proven experience (3-5 years) in Marketing Management, preferably in the health care industry.
- Has a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Possesses strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
- Is proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools.
- Is fluent in English (oral and written) - with Arabic being a plus.
