Junior Oracle Apex Developer

700Apps is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Oracle APEX Developer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in Oracle APEX development while contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based applications. You will work closely with senior developers and project teams, gaining hands-on experience in database management and application development.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications.
2. Collaborate with team members to gather and understand application requirements.
3. Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for application functionality.
4. Participate in testing and debugging applications to ensure performance and usability.
5. Document development processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
6. Stay updated with Oracle technologies and best practices to enhance your development skills.
7. Provide support in maintaining existing applications and resolving issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in Oracle APEX development or a similar role.
3. Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
4. Familiarity with Oracle database concepts and data modeling principles.
5. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
6. Strong willingness to learn new technologies and improve development skills.
7. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
