Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology, or a related field.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is mandatory.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience as an ECP consultant, with 2-3 full end-to-end implementations.
- Proven experience with ECP core functionalities and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Performance and Goals, and Compensation modules.
- Experience leading and collaborating with system integrators during and after ERP implementation.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., Activate).
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and administration.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
- Collaborate with system integrators to ensure best practices.
- Design, configure, and document system processes and data migration plans.
- Develop and review customizations and ensure proper documentation.
- Support integration with non-SAP systems and manage change activities.
- Create and validate test scenarios; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Train end-users and provide refresher sessions as needed.
- Provide first-line support to users and coordinate second-line support with manufacturers.
- Perform application administration tasks.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Deploy application updates and fixes, considering existing customizations and training needs.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to SAP SuccessFactors.
