Role Overview

We’re hiring a Director to lead and grow our Energy & Utilities practice in the GCC region. This role involves managing client relationships, delivering high-quality internal audit and consulting services, and driving business development across the oil, gas, power, and utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits and consulting projects in energy and utilities.
• Develop risk-based audit plans, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and expand client relationships and drive business growth.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders, including boards and audit committees.
• Manage proposals, engagements, and firm representation at industry forums.
• Mentor and develop team members, support hiring and training.
• Oversee practice performance and implement process improvements.
  
  

Required Experience

• 12+ years in consulting, audit, or advisory roles, preferably in top firms.
• Strong experience in oil & gas, power, or utilities sectors across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate in finance, strategy, operations, or energy preferred.
• Arabic language skills and regional experience are highly valued.
