Job Description
Our client is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Building Material Sales Director in Jeddah. The key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and executing strategic plans to expand sales volume and increase market share across the Western Region and beyond.
- Cultivating long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders within the construction ecosystem.
- Supervising the preparation of commercial offers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and competitive pricing.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and business expansion.
- Coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer requirements on time and within scope.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs to achieve targets.
- Managing negotiations and contracts to ensure compliance with client terms and company policies.
- Providing senior management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Preference for Saudi applicants.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or industrial sectors, with specific experience in building materials.
- Strong understanding of the construction procurement cycle, estimation processes, and supply chain logistics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales performance software.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
