Job Description

Our client is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Building Material Sales Director in Jeddah. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Formulating and executing strategic plans to expand sales volume and increase market share across the Western Region and beyond.
  2. Cultivating long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders within the construction ecosystem.
  3. Supervising the preparation of commercial offers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and competitive pricing.
  4. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and business expansion.
  5. Coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer requirements on time and within scope.
  6. Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs to achieve targets.
  7. Managing negotiations and contracts to ensure compliance with client terms and company policies.
  8. Providing senior management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights.
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  1. Preference for Saudi applicants.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  3. Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or industrial sectors, with specific experience in building materials.
  4. Strong understanding of the construction procurement cycle, estimation processes, and supply chain logistics.
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales performance software.
