Service Crew - responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to standards. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall dining experience.

Barista - responsible for preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling according to safety and hygiene standards
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools using manual or automated methods
• Dispose of garbage and clean garbage bins regularly
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow kitchen procedures and recipes to maintain food quality and consistency
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols

Barista

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, and other supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
• Process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks
• Stay informed about new menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions
