Operations Safety & Compliance

• Deliver expert aviation safety and compliance consultancy
• Maintain accurate safety records and deliver engaging safety training
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across NERA operations

Safety Assessment

• Lead safety assessments for projects and operational changes
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate safety impacts and conduct regular SMS audits

Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure daily operations comply with internal policies and procedures
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across systems and teams

Risk Management & Mitigation

• Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety cases
• Implement and continuously refine risk mitigation strategies

Technical Design Reviews

• Review technical designs (PDR/CDR) and provide detailed feedback
• Update documentation to reflect design changes and address client/stakeholder input

Compliance Monitoring & Regulatory Liaison

• Ensure regulatory compliance in all safety activities
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and conduct validation/verification tasks

Operational Execution & Reporting

• Execute operational plans aligned with strategic goals
• Identify and report compliance issues, taking corrective action as needed
