Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a driven and organized Recruitment and Personnel Officer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, onboarding new team members, and providing ongoing support to maintain the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment:
    • Understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Build and develop sourcing channels such as recruitment portals, manpower agents, or direct sourcing.
    • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and agents.
    • Manage and control recruitment risks related to agents, applicants, or onboarding.
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify suitable candidates.
    • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
    • Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
    • Clarify company offerings and contractual terms, and negotiate candidate packages.
    • Manage overseas agents and visa process updates.
    • Achieve staffing targets as per the manpower plan.
    • Communicate actively and escalate issues related to recruitment.
  2. Personnel:
    • Onboard new hires smoothly into the company.
    • Review employee documents, contracts, payroll, and related paperwork.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Supervise training of new staff.
    • Monitor and escalate risks related to staff retention issues.
    • Support team members and provide administrative assistance as required.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or personnel administration.
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proficient in English and Urdu (preferred).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
