Job Description

As a Front Office Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating our front office team. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing leadership and guidance to the front office team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
  2. Overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  3. Delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
  5. Training and mentoring front office staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing team performance.
  6. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lobby and reception areas.
  7. Managing shift schedules and allocating tasks effectively to maximize team productivity.
  8. Handling guest complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions.
  9. Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for front office operations.
  10. Assisting in managing the department's KPIs and achieving financial targets.
  11. Staying updated on local events and attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
