Role Overview: As a Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will include driving product growth aligned with the company's goals. You will focus on delivering an excellent user experience for our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product specialists, field sales, and operations. You will also act as a liaison between Bayut and external parties, such as government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, including their preferences, pain points, and opportunities.
2. Build and maintain expertise in our domestic and international competitor landscape and similar markets.
3. Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams within the organization.
4. Lead cross-functional teams in designing, testing, delivering, and monitoring initiatives to achieve growth targets.
5. Implement and enforce product usage SOPs within business teams.
6. Coordinate with government agencies like REGA and ELM for technical collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing large data sets for trends and insights.
2. Ability to prioritize user insights to inform product strategy.
3. Understanding of online marketing channels, acquisition strategies, and optimization.
4. Knowledge of online product technology and experience leading engineering teams.
5. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
6. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Redmine.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or data collection are a plus.
2. Proven experience in product or project management or related fields.
3. Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
4. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is advantageous.
5. Experience in technology-based service organizations is preferred.
6. Experience with CRM platforms.
7. Understanding of real estate products, services, and requirements.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data accuracy.
9. Proficiency with digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
