A leading hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
- Experience in luxury international brands preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, propose, describe, and price menus that are appropriate for the outlet operation, the market, and the desired business goals.
- Prepare and update the Outlet Kitchen's Departmental Operations Manuals.
- Attend weekly Food and Beverage and Department Head Meetings, as scheduled.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and regular communication meetings, ensuring they are effective and conducted as necessary.
- Maintain and utilize other departmental and associate communication channels, such as notice boards, log books, and handover reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards, preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office; experience with Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
