Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Officer (Saudi National) with proven experience in handling day-to-day human resources operations and managing all key Saudi government portals (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, etc.). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring full HR compliance, employee relations support, and seamless administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administration in Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience using GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad portals.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, offboarding, and end-of-service processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HRMS systems.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance.
  • Assist in recruitment, interviews, and coordination with external hiring platforms.

Government Portals Management:

  • Handle day-to-day tasks and updates on government portals such as:
  • GOSI (Social Insurance)
  • Qiwa (Workforce Services)
  • Muqeem (Iqama Services)
  • Absher (MOI Services)
  • Mudad (Wages Protection System)
  • Chamber of Commerce, MOL, Taqat, etc.
  • Renew and update company and employee documentation (Iqamas, work permits, etc.).
  • Support Saudization and Nitaqat compliance reporting.

Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies and vendor management.
  • Support internal events, travel bookings, and document control.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondences as needed.
  • Liaise with PROs, external service providers, and government offices.
