Job description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE:

Business Acumen - Use understanding of the NFP business environment and objectives; interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.

Communication - Convey information clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats within a business context.

Data Analysis & Reporting - Collect, interpret, and analyze raw data from various sources; create reports to support decision-making processes.

Language - Proficiency in National and Foreign languages, spoken and written.

Planning & Organizing - Plan and organize work and projects efficiently to meet objectives.

Technological Ability - Understand and utilize standard equipment and office automation software effectively.

Team Management - Set expectations, monitor goals, motivate, mentor, and evaluate team performance.

Problem Solving - Analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and create value for NFP and its customers.

Management Systems Auditing

  1. Serve as lead auditor to mentor and evaluate internal auditors.
  2. Conduct audits to identify gaps and weaknesses in processes.
  3. Assist stakeholders in root cause analysis and action planning.
  4. Certification in one or more standards is a plus.

Customer Experience Management

  1. Understand NPS and CSAT concepts.
  2. Assist in analyzing customer surveys and developing action plans.

Lean Manufacturing Principles

Implement principles such as JIT, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and related tools.

Occupational Health & Safety

  1. Implement and manage health and safety systems.
  2. Understand legal and internal requirements to ensure safety and prevent losses.

Performance Metrics

  1. Create and update measurement indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
  2. Assist stakeholders in analyzing results.

Project Management

Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using appropriate resources and techniques.

Strategy Deployment

Assist in executing leadership strategies.

Food Safety

  1. Support food safety management system development and maintenance.
  2. Organize meetings and follow up on action plans.
  3. Update HACCP plans as needed.
  4. Conduct floor rounds and tests for hygiene and BRC compliance.
  5. Stay updated on BRC standards.

Technical Reporting

  1. Generate technical and quality reports and analyze figures.

Process Improvement

Use tools like flowcharts, value stream mapping, and cause-and-effect analysis to propose and implement system improvements.

Process Design & Strategy Integration

Diagnose improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and align processes with overall strategy.

Standards Interpretation & Implementation

Interpret standards requirements and develop compliance strategies; keep standards updated.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering), with 8 to 10 years of experience.
