Service Engineer, Al-Khobar

This position reports to
Local Division Manager - IAMP

Your role and responsibilities
  1. Service delivery
  2. Perform on-site service activities such as:
  3. Service jobs
  4. Installation and Commissioning
  5. Routine maintenance work
  6. On-site troubleshooting, analyzing, and rectifying technical problems
  7. Provide technical support remotely and in-office, identifying and analyzing technical issues
  8. Customer approach: Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectations, maintaining good relationships, and identifying new service opportunities
  9. Materials and supply: Coordinate and ensure availability and quality of materials, parts, and equipment for service activities
  10. Documentation and reports: Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and update software according to guidelines
  11. Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence
  12. Operational excellence: Recommend improvements to management for better operations and customer service
  13. Health, safety, and integrity: Follow safety rules, report unsafe practices and incidents
  14. Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, project managers, service teams, sub-suppliers, and management
  15. Challenges: Deliver quality customer service, handle high demand, identify new business opportunities, and be willing to travel up to 40% and work outside standard hours as needed
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Drilling systems
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Electrical propulsion, Energy storage, Hybrid propulsion, Drilling systems, Drives, motors, and automation systems
  • Motivated, energetic, structured, positive attitude, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English
