Job description

We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to drive our Modern Trade channel to deliver a profitable and sustainable business in KSA.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Drive launch activities required to meet brand, channel and customer objectives, executed through effective distributor management
  • Monitor distributor execution in all Modern Trade Channel on promotions, planograms and brand activities
  • Monitor distributor RGM & RTM plan in all Modern Trade Channel
  • Ensure MT Channel execution on Perfect Store is aligned with global Fonterra Standards
  • Ensure MCL compliances within Modern Trade Channel
  • Negotiating commercial terms on the long run and seasonal activities
  • Develop, execute, and track promotional activities by customer
  • Customer relationship building by business reviews, weekly connects and field visits
  • Collate weekly report on market activities, competition and promotion compliances
  • Analyze Market data reports received by third audit party to share them regularly with our distributors and market project team

You would possess the following:

  • A tertiary qualification from a recognized university in Marketing or Business, a Post Graduate diploma in these fields would be desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ managerial level experience within Consumer Sales in the KSA FMCG industry
  • Strong skills and proven experience in RTM/RGM Management, Building Scorecards, Promo Planning, P/L Understanding, and Executional Excellence
  • Experience in working within KSA is mandatory
  • Proven track record in leadership, sales strategy, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This position is a part of our Saudization efforts.
