Summary: The “Asset Management” Manager is responsible for ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards on a company's fixed assets. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, asset management practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Drive strategic ALM transformation projects across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
  3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new ALM frameworks.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in ALM practices.
  5. Analyze the impact of ALM strategies on the organization’s balance sheet and risk profile.
  6. Develop training and change management programs to support ALM transformation.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of ALM transformation initiatives.
  8. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing liquidity, interest rate, and capital management.
