We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external marketing activities for the property. Your role involves publicity, media coverage, community relations, corporate image, and special events to promote the company's hospitality and services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting the brand through formulated advertising and public relations campaigns, and reinforcing the corporate identity.
  2. Supporting the implementation of media and community relations programs that support and enhance marketing efforts.
  3. Developing and executing promotional and brand-building exercises with the marketing department.
  4. Coordinating local, regional, and international public relation campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
  5. Creating new business partnerships and collaborations.
  6. Liaising with advertising agencies and media companies.
  7. Overseeing press releases and maintaining a steady flow of articles for media partners.
  8. Assisting in producing marketing collateral from concept to final product, aligning with Rotana's corporate guidelines to build brand recall.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should preferably hold a degree in advertising, marketing, or mass communication, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar field. A good knowledge of local and international media and media culture is essential. You must be computer literate with effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Solid experience in social media and digital marketing is also required.
